I have never experienced the excruciating soreness after playing a sport in quite a while. Played a bit of tennis today and man did it feel good. I'm amazed after not being extremely active in a long while, that I didn't throw up or experience anything more than being short of breath. I really must get more fit in the oncoming days, although I'm not the kind of person who would do training or body building or anything like that. Anyway quite a time I've had in a while felt absolutely amazing, I just hope I can find random sessions I could play random sports, so I don't get too lazy again. I still want to conserve energy, taking out too much energy from my reserves would make me rather lazy.
